The Job:
- • Implement CRM solutions
- • Provide support services for the application
- • Deliver user training to customers
Requirements:
- • Have good understanding of and have automated Sales and Marketing business process
- • Working experience in training and supporting end users
- • Working knowledge of SQL report writing tools
- • Working knowledge of any CRM product will be an added advantage
- • Working skills with Microsoft Products
- • Willing to travel

Pre-Requisite
- • University graduate in either Accounting, Computer Science, Business or any related field
- • Have at least 2 years' experience in marketing software packages and corporate account management

- • Good command of written and spoken English
