ORDER PROCESSING (OP)

The Order Processing module is a much Easier and Better way to manage all order entries and order fulfillment processes. Screens are available to enter and handle various order types, confirm the order fulfillment, trace order status and print all required output report forms. In addition, it comes with a complete set of reports and is fully customizable to meet the business and reporting needs of the organization.

The Order Processing module is targeted mainly to the lower to mid end of the market segment. This segment tends to have simpler workflow and requires common functionalities to be implemented. On the other hand, the Order Management module is an advanced distribution module typically used in the higher end of the market which requires highly sophisticated functionalities. Due to the latter’s needs for high level automation, Order Management typically requires the process manager where the Order Processing only uses the application server for its automation needs
